He received his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from California State University, Sacramento, where he developed a passion for chemistry and laboratory work through research. After serving as Lab Director at a previous lab, he founded 49er Water in 2019. Shane's extensive knowledge in the field of water testing has been a key factor in the success of our company

Water System Operator/Service Department Manager, and Managing Partner

Charlie has over 15 years of experience in the water industry, covering a wide range of activities including well drilling, water treatment system installation and repair, water system management and operation. He holds several professional licenses, including C-57 Well Driller Contractor, C-10 Electrical Contractor, C-55 Water Conditioning, Filtration, and Purification License, C-63 and D-21 Pumps and Machinery Contractor, and T-2 Operator for Drinking Water Systems. Charlie is also available for consultation on treatment systems.

Lead Bioassay/Statistical Analyst

Linda has over 20 years of experience in the field of aquatic toxicology, specifically bioassay. She specializes in acute and chronic bioassay, hazardous waste bioassay, and NPDES permits. Linda leads the Bioassay Department at 49er Water and is constantly seeking ways to support the growth and success of our lab in the local market.
